I Want To Be A Music Teacher

Tags: Education

I plan on becoming a music teacher after college. In 4th grade a salesperson from Volkwein's visited our school and asked us to pick two instruments to try out. It took me at least a week to narrow down my choice list, and I decided on the "girly" instruments of a clarinet and a violin. Today, I play the guitar, saxophone, and clarinet. Music has always been a big factor in my life, ever since my dad introduced me to the Beatles.
My music teacher at school has inspired me, and my experience of being a drum major into wanting to further teach generations of students the universal language of music.
